IT Administrator

The IT Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day on-site support to end users of personal computers, business applications, and related peripheral equipment. Diagnoses and resolves basic to moderately complex hardware and software issues. Installs new equipment or software and applies upgrades as authorized by the Corporate IT function and in compliance with established company procedures. Provide level I/II support for Integration related systems such as EDI, SugarCRM & Shopify Web Services.

What You’ll Do

  • Install configure and maintain workstations and related peripheral equipment; apply operating system and local software application upgrades; and diagnose and resolve network, server, and related issues as directed by IT.
     

  • Diagnose and resolves basic to moderately complex issues relating to the operation of the network, personal computers, business software, EDI, business integrations and peripheral equipment as assigned through the company’s IT assistance ticketing system.
     

  • Troubleshoot new and existing trading partners to solve EDI document, SugarCRM integrations & Shopify related issues.
     

  • Process new end user access requests through the IT onboarding process based on established role and responsibility protocol for all business applications including, but not limited to, D365, SugarCRM, Office 365, Shopify and True commerce (EDI).
     

  • Conduct new D365 user orientation and training and provides ongoing end user D365 support as needed to ensure that D365 processes and data are being accurately maintained on a timely basis.
     

  • Work closely with facility and IT to understand and establish overall business technology requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and participate in the implementation of approved solutions.

​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

  • Two or more years providing similar IT support in a manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge of business applications including Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 F&O, EDI, CRM, or similar enterprise software.

  • Familiar with basic networking principles, server operating systems, and environments.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information obtained during job responsibilities.

  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite software

  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics or other Enterprise System

  • Knowledge and experience with EDI & CRM
