Product Manager

This is a key member of our commercial team and manages dedicated categories of products through all phases of the product life cycle. This role will take the lead in developing a product roadmaps and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including in-house manufacturing, sourcing, accounting, and sales to meet corporate growth and profitability goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage complete product lifecycle and strategic roadmaps, new product commercialization, quality and cost control, and end of life management for dedicated product categories.
     

  • Utilize analytical and market research experience to uncover gaps, margin and pricing alignment, competitive positioning and improvement opportunities for packaging, features/benefits and user applications. 
     

  • Manage assigned products to bring meaningful innovation to product lines through VOC development and in-market insights.
     

  • Be the resident expert in assigned product groups that nurtures meaningful product innovation through stage-gate and to product launch.

  • Work closely with sales teams to become a go-to resource, and develop comprehensive understanding of product usage and trends for new product development.
     

  • Responsible for development and execution of launch plans in conjunction with R&D, Manufacturing and channel marketing team within timeframe and on budget.
     

  • Oversee ongoing product maintenance activities to ensure product commercial success including product enhancement, quality assurance, maximizing profitability, and regulatory compliance.
     

  • 3+ years experience in product management with demonstrated increasing responsibility in previous roles.
