What You’ll Do
​Job Summary:​

Develop and administer policies and procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of products, materials, components and manufacturing processes.

Make recommendations to ensure production runs meet established quality standards and predicted yields.
-
Ensure quality control staff follow established procedures and complete work within time and budgetary constraints.
Essential Duties:
-
Ensure products meet appropriate quality standards
-
Oversee ISO-9001:2015 quality program
-
Lead in the revision and/or creation of process documentation
-
Identify opportunities for process or product improvement
-
Manage third party product certifications such as NSF, UL, CSA, IAPMO
-
Maintain appropriate documentation of specifications and test results
-
Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
-
Ensure goals are met and adhering to approved timelines and budgets
-
Own customer complaint and corrective action system
-
Other duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an individual contributor and 1-3 years supervisory experience.

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite Software.

Experience with Project Management or Process Mapping software is desirable.
Working Environment:
-
This position performs work duties both in a typical office and manufacturing floor environment. Routine presence of hazardous materials that may require proper safeguards, procedures, and personal protective equipment.
